TUV Rheinland Taiwan Ltd. was entrusted by Taiwan EPA to implement the project ” The Third-party Inspection and Certification on Waste Plastic Containers”, from April 01, 2003, through the opening tender procedure. In accordance with the major legal basis, both “Implementation rules for certification on the municipal wastes” and “The operational manual for certification on the collected municipal wastes (waste plastic containers)”, TUV Rheinland Taiwan Ltd. executed the inspection, quantitative verification as well as qualitative audits.
